Orders is the live queue from Square or Toast. Don’t type orders into Guiso.
Connect the POS under Store → Integrations. Mapping is optional for the queue and required for waste and profit. See Build a menu.
Active
Open tickets show number, name, lines, and time in queue. Mapped lines use Menu names; unmapped lines show the POS text.
Square Paid is not the same as Guiso Complete. Tap Complete when the ticket leaves the pass — it moves to History. Waste and profit use the completion date. Use Reopen if you closed one early.
Late Square updates land in History with the original sale time. They don’t return to Active.
History
Completed tickets by date. Search by number or name.
Unmapped
A banner means some lines have no Menu product. The ticket still shows; those lines skip sales and waste math. Fix mapping under Menu → Catalog → Products.
If it looks wrong
- Integrations shows Connected for this store.
- Run a test sale (it can take a few seconds).
- Confirm the store in the header.
