Menu → Diary — Baker / Chef trial logs (Pro). Does not feed waste (Waste is plan vs sales).

Switch Chef / Baker under the Diary tab.

Before you start

On Menu → Catalog → Recipes, set Diary to Baker or Chef. Only tagged recipes appear here.

Use

Log trials (hydrate, ferment, batch notes, cost notes). Use for experiments — not for weekly waste totals.
