Handover is short notes for the next crew. It doesn’t change plan, prep quantity, or waste.

Use it at close, open, or mid-shift for prep left, 86’d items, equipment, deliveries, or anything the opener needs.

Log a note

1. Open Prep → Handover → Log.
2. Pick the shift type, fill what applies, then Save note.

The latest note appears on History. Managers can open Kitchen → Shift log for search and the last two weeks.

If it doesn’t save

Stay online and confirm the right store. If it still fails, ask whoever runs Guiso for the shop.
